See National Weather Service forecasts when available for the venue’s coordinates. Review changing conditions and decide whether to move or cancel.

Attendance in the field

Save the attendee list while connected, then use that same device for check-ins without a signal. Changes sync when you reconnect.

Calendars, carpools and waivers

Share calendar feeds, arrange rides, and track acknowledgment of paper-waiver requirements where a venue needs them.

Control what you share

Choose a public or private group. Invitation links protect meeting points, directions and gate instructions; selected guest profiles can introduce your contributors.

New organizers get a recommended path: add Members, save Venues, then plan a Paintout. Sign in with an email code, email link or password.
